This cornerstone, part of the railed area along the Devonport waterfront, really appealed to me. I could see this as a square composition, with the foreground and background wall and railing giving balance to the main stone corner. The writing was quite indistinct, so I aimed to make it a little more legible. This is one of my personal favourites.
